In this Video you will be shown how to put two power hungry graphics cards in one Mac Pro. I used a GTX Titan Black and a ATI Radeon 5870 but it’s up to you wich cards you will be using. If you are planning on using a “non-apple” graphics card like I do you have sacrifice a few things:
YOU WONT’T GET A BOOTSCREEN on the “non-apple” Card NOR WILL YOU GET PCI 2.0 in BootCamp. And I had to give up two hard-drive bays for the additional Power. I strongly recommend you not to use splitter connecting both cards just to two PCIE 6Pin plugs on the motherboard. I used the following cable:
